One discovery form, filled once, creates a CRM record and a market intelligence report on its own. A senior set of eyes signs off before anything reaches the client. Here is how the pieces connect.
The pipeline
1
Discovery form filled in
Paige or Annette complete the branded Discovery Brief on the hub during or after the first call. One click on "Send to Geenee".
Where: Discovery Brief on the Ruckus Hub
2
Sent to Geenee and to the automation
The same submission posts to two places at once. Geenee creates the Contact and a "New Discovery" opportunity. Make receives the full discovery data and starts the report.
Powered by: Geenee inbound webhook + Make webhook
3
Claude API writes the report
Make calls the Claude API with the Marketing Intelligence system prompt and the discovery answers. It produces a Stage 0 intake and a Stage 1 market analysis, grounded in NZ market reality and the Ruckus voice.
Powered by: Make + Claude API (the skill's brain, run automatically)
4
Branded report saved and linked
The output is wrapped in the branded report template, saved to the client's Google Drive folder, and a link is dropped on the Geenee opportunity as a note.
Where: Google Drive + Geenee opportunity
5
Senior review, then release
Paige and Annette get pinged that a draft is ready. A quick senior review, then it goes to the client. Nothing reaches them unchecked.
Mode: Assisted. A human always signs off.
What powers it
FormThe branded Discovery Brief. Posts to Geenee (CRM) and Make (automation) on submit.
CRMGeenee (built on HighLevel). Inbound webhook creates the Contact and New Discovery opportunity.
AutomationMake.com (or Zapier). Catches the submission and orchestrates the steps.
IntelligenceThe Claude API, running the Marketing Intelligence system prompt. Same brain as the skill, triggered automatically.
DeliveryBranded HTML report, saved to Drive, linked on the opportunity, emailed to Paige and Annette for review.
Why a human stays in the loop. An automated one-shot report is a strong draft, but it can't ask clarifying questions and, without a live search step, reasons from the model's knowledge plus the form. For a premium agency, a senior review before the client is the standard. Assisted mode keeps the speed and the standard.
Switch it on
You provideAn Anthropic API key, a Make or Zapier account, and the two webhook URLs (Geenee + Make).
We wirePaste the webhook URLs into the form, build the Make scenario from the blueprint, connect the branded report template, and test with a dummy submission.
OptionalA web-search step in Make so the report pulls live competitor and benchmark data for extra depth.
